Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the FMCG sector and be capable of driving financial performance while ensuring robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial controls and risk management practices.
• Analyze product profitability, margins, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis and MIS reporting.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and general ledger functions.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.

• CA, ACCA, CPA, or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBS/MBA Finance).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in inventory and supply chain finance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing and distribution finance.
• Ability to lead a finance team and work cross-functionally.
• Strong business partnering and strategic planning capabilities.
