Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounts to lead the finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the FMCG industry, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, inventory accounting, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Ensure compliance with Nepal Accounting Standards, tax regulations, VAT, and statutory requirements.
Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliation.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Develop and implement financial controls and SOPs.
Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and banking relationships.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry.
