Job Description

The Human Resource Officer / HR Executive is responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with Nepal labor laws. This role supports effective workforce management by maintaining performance evaluation systems, coordinating payroll activities, and promoting employee engagement to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Handle employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Maintain performance management and employee evaluation systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.

 

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal Labor Laws and HR compliance requirements.
