Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Issue offer letters, contracts, and manage pre‑joining documentation.
  • Conduct new‑hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and processes.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Support communication of HR updates, announcements, and initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal systems.
  • Handle leave management, attendance, and timesheet compliance.
  • Generate HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and attendance.

Performance Management

  • Support implementation of the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Assist managers and employees with goal‑setting and review documentation.
  • Track probation evaluations and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are followed and support updates as needed.
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor regulations, etc., depending on region).
  • Manage internal audits and documentation readiness.

Payroll Support

  • Coordinate with payroll teams to validate inputs (attendance, new hires, exits, deductions).
  • Resolve payroll‑related employee queries.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Help plan and coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and feedback analysis.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
  • Gather employee feedback and support action items

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum 3 to 6 Years
  • Qualification in MBA in HR or equivalent
  • Require knowledge in HR operations, basic labor laws, HRIS tools, Licensing and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Preferred from Healthcare Industry.
