About the RoleThe Go is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support its Human Resources department. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions while developing practical knowledge in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM- 5:30 PM
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening CVs, interview coordination).
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll support.
- Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and events.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with day-to-day HR operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
