Job Description
Role Purpose: To counsel, guide, and support candidates throughout the overseas recruitment process, ensuring smooth documentation, screening, and pre-departure preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel candidates on job opportunities, requirements, and destination country information.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Assist in documentation, medical, and visa processes.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout process.
Conduct pre-departure orientations and provide necessary guidance.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and support overall recruitment operations.
Provide follow-up support until candidate departure.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
Training or experience in counseling preferred.
Experience:
1–2 years’ experience in counseling or recruitment (manpower experience preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good documentation & coordination ability.
Knowledge of visa and overseas recruitment processes (advantage).
MS Office proficiency.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and work under pressure.
Personal Attributes:
Empathetic, patient, and professional.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity.
