Job Description

We are looking for 5 motivated Public Relations Officers (PROs) to promote GC International’s manpower services, build client networks, and generate new business opportunities. Candidates with manpower industry experience and strong communication and networking skills are preferred. The position is commission-based, with attractive earnings on business generated above NPR 3 lakh.

Job Responsibilities

Promote company services and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manpower agencies.
Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate information about company services.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client handling and service delivery.

Job Specification

+2 or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the manpower/recruitment sector is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and client-handling abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to work on a commission-based basis.

Compensation

Commission-based
Attractive commission on business generated above NPR 3 lakh.
