Job Description

Siddhartha Capital Limited (SCL), a subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank Limited and the first Mutual Fund management company of Nepal licensed as per Mutual Fund Regulations 2010, seeks applications from result-oriented individuals with a passion to pursue career in investment banking. Individuals meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply for the following job position.

Position: Marketing/Business Development Officer

Required No.: 1 position each

Location: Birgunj and Bharatpur

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services, along with the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for potential business clients.
Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies for the organization’s products and services at the representative office level.
Seek out new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and arrange meetings.
Prepare sales and marketing materials, including writing proposals and developing marketing and promotional content.
Promote SIP and portfolio management services at the representative office level.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or client relationship management.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills. Proactiveness. Marketing Acumen. Organizational Skill. Analytical Skills. Problem-Solving Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools is a plus.
Local Preference: Candidates from the local area are preferred.
Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in Merchant Banks or similar organizations are preferred.

Training

Selected candidates will undergo approximately one month of training at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, before being placed at the Birgunj and Bharatpur representative offices.
