Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the job
To oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse by ensuring accurate inventory management, timely receipt and dispatch of goods, effective team coordination, and proper utilization of the ERP system to support safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, receiving, dispatch, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in both physical stock and the ERP system, ensuring timely updates of inward stock and bin locations.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices while monitoring damaged, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Coordinate regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and overall inventory control to maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, suppliers, dispatch teams, and clients to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Prepare daily delivery schedules and warehouse staff rosters while supervising and supporting warehouse personnel.
- Prepare monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Working Hours:
- 6 days a week (Sunday-Friday)
- 8 hours per day (10am-6pm)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in warehouse operations
- Excellent communication skills
