Position: Trade Marketing & BTL
Department: Brand & Marketing
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Job Purpose
To execute trade marketing, brand visibility, consumer activation, and Digital x BTL initiatives that strengthen brand presence, improve execution excellence, and support the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trade marketing, permanent branding, visibility and merchandising initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate consumer, trade, spot and BTL activations.
- Coordinate with agencies, promoters, vendors, printers and fabricators.
- Support GTM/RTM and new product launch execution.
- Drive premium visibility and activation across key on-trade outlets.
- Manage POSM inventory, deployment and branding assets.
- Support digital BTL, consumer engagement and technology-enabled initiatives.
- Conduct outlet audits, competitor tracking and market intelligence activities.
- Monitor campaign execution, effectiveness and ROI.
- Maintain execution trackers, dashboards, reports and documentation.
