*Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems

*Experience: 3–4 years of experience with ERP systems and MIS, including data migration, system administration, and reporting

-Key Responsibility

• Lead and coordinate for the ERP setup and changes.

• Analyze, clean, and map customer data to create a consolidated, accurate customer database within ERP.

• Design and maintain customer mapping processes to support segmentation, profiling, and business insights.

• Develop and maintain advanced performance reports (e.g., sales, finance, operational KPIs) for management.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, macros, etc.) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.

• Work closely with various departments to understand reporting needs and develop tailored MIS solutions.

• Customize and configure ERP dashboards to ensure critical data is easily accessible and actionable.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout migration and regular operations.

• Provide user training and continuous support to ensure effective adoption of ERP and MIS tools.

• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and consultants for system improvements and upgrades.

• Maintain compliance with company data policies and support backup and disaster recovery planning.

-Qualifications:

• Strong skills in data analysis, customer data mapping, and business reporting.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of business processes across sales, finance, inventory, and operations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
