Bidhee Pvt Ltd is a leading software company that provides solution of Construction Management Software, HRMS & Payroll Software, Purchase & Inventory Software, Sales CRM Software and Custom Software as per the requirement of the client. Bidhee has more than 300 clients from Nepal & abroad.

Location: Tushal, Boudha, Kathmandu

We’re looking for a Telecaller.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to schools, hospitals, and potential clients to introduce Bidhee’s software and website solutions
Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update daily call logs and meeting schedules
Follow up with prospects to confirm or reschedule meetings
Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled appointments
Meet daily call and scheduling targets while maintaining professional communication

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or currently pursuing
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Prior telecalling/customer interaction experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
