Job Description
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Open job cards, assign workshop tasks, and ensure timely job closure.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles as per the committed schedule.
- Coordinate the smooth flow of vehicles for servicing and repairs.
- Monitor technicians' productivity and ensure efficient utilization of workshop resources.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, repair status, and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure quality service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure the availability of required parts for repairs.
- Maintain accurate workshop records and service documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company service procedures, safety standards, and workshop policies.
