Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and quality to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to optimize team dynamics and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Associate Scrum Masters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote Agile frameworks, enhancing team communication and collaboration for optimal project execution.
- Act as the primary contact for external communications with stakeholders, including clients.
- Utilize tools like JIRA to monitor sprint progress and present detailed, data-driven insights during scrum meetings.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and effectively handle new requests.
- Generate and analyze key project metrics using PowerBI and JIRA to provide management with insights on project progress and blockers.
- Present the status of resource allocation and provide strategic insights for optimizing resource deployment.
- Address conflicts and remove impediments to maximize team productivity and project flow.
- Drive the development teams towards greater scrum maturity by advocating for best practices and self-management.
- Follow the guidelines set by the Scrum department and adhere to industry best practices to maintain high standards of Scrum practices.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum ceremonies, maintain sprint burndown charts, and use metrics to evaluate and enhance sprint outcomes.
- Design and automate reports and dashboards using tools like PowerApps, improving the efficiency and accessibility of project data.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software development projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a Scrum Master role.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is required.
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies; additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.
- Knowledge of diverse Agile methodologies, including XP, Kanban, and others.
- Skilled in Agile practices like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
- Advanced ability in data analysis and reporting, proficient with tools such as PowerBI and JIRA.

- Excellent command of English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong collaborative skills, able to engage in and comprehend discussions with Product Managers, Engineering, Quality Control, Technical Writing, DevOps, and other team members.
