- Elicit requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly
- Define and maintain requirement artifacts and ensure traceability
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and manage scope changes
- Plan and execute change management activities aligned to delivery needs
- Collaborate with AI architecture stakeholders to align business needs and solution direction
- Coordinate with the Business and Data Analysis team to prioritize and refine requirements
- Communicate status, decisions, and changes to stakeholders in a timely manner
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with requirements and change management
- 2+ years of experience working with or around AI architecture initiatives
- Ability to lead requirements and change discussions with stakeholders
- Project coordination skills to support delivery from discovery through change rollout
- Strong requirements elicitation skills to capture and validate business needs
- Strong analytical skills to structure problems and evaluate options
- English proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
