Job Description
One of our sister concern, MAW Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd., is looking for for a results-driven and experienced IT Manager to lead the organisation's IT operations and digital transformation initiatives by implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data security, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and implementation of fintech solutions, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Core Banking System (CBS), Digital KYC, API integrations with BFIs, payment service providers, and other business application software) to modernize lending perations.
- Identify and automate manual processes across loan origination, credit appraisal, operations, disbursement, and recovery to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Translate business requirements from Sales, Credit, Operations, Recovery, and other departments into technical specifications and actionable IT projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies ((Fintech/Lending business)) and present recommendations with business cases and ROI analysis.
- Ensure IT infrastructure, applications, and networks operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
- Manage IT projects, vendors, software implementations, and technology upgrades.
- Lead and develop the IT team while providing technical support to business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a BFI, Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI), Financee or Fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of process automation, API integrations, digital lending tools, IT infrastructure, and cyber security.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a BFI, NBFI, or Fintech.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
