Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ISP network infrastructure.
- Configure and support routers, switches, OLTs, and network services.
- Resolve Level-2 network incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and upstream providers.
- Maintain network documentation and follow operational best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an ISP or telecom environment.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VLAN, PPPoE, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, MikroTik routers; Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, ZTE, BDCOM switches; and GPON OLTs (Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, BDCOM, C-DATA, VSOL, HSGQ, PowerTech, etc.).
- Familiarity with BNG, LibreNMS, Nagios, Grafana, Cacti, Observium, PRTG, MRTG, and Syslog/Log Management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
