About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our managers, software engineers, QA engineers, designers, and clients to coordinate software development projects and ensure they are delivered successfully.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Since we work with international clients, coordinating work across multiple time zones and maintaining clear communication are essential parts of this role.

Key Responsibilites

• Coordinate multiple software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Maintain and manage Jira boards, ensuring tasks are properly prioritized, assigned, and tracked.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, or delays.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple client time zones to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare meeting notes, project documentation, and project status reports.
• Ensure project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and team collaboration.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role within a software development environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and supporting projects across different time zones.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and spoken English

AI skills (mandantory)

At Anchor Points, AI is part of our daily workflow. We expect our Project Managers to use AI tools to improve productivity, planning, and communication.

Candidates should be familiar with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools and be prepared to demonstrate practical AI-driven project management strategies during the interview.

Examples include:

• Creating project plans and task breakdowns.
• Sprint planning and backlog organization.
• Preparing meeting summaries and action items.
• Drafting project documentation and user stories.
• Generating project status reports.
• Identifying project risks and improving team productivity using AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing web application or SaaS projects.
• Familiarity with GitHub and modern software development workflows.
• Scrum certification or other Agile certifications are an advantage but not required.
