Job Summary


The Community and Dental Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with all branch in-charges to ensure smooth operational activities and effective implementation of community outreach programs. The role involves preparing official documents, coordinating community camps, maintaining strong relationships with community stakeholders, and supporting communication between branches and the Head Office.


Key Responsibilities


- Coordinate regularly with all branch in-charges regarding operational activities, branch requirements, and program implementation.

- Plan, organize, and coordinate community dental camps and outreach programs in collaboration with branch teams.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with ward offices, municipalities, community organizations, schools, clubs, and other local stakeholders.

- Identify and develop opportunities for community partnerships and outreach initiatives.

- Prepare, draft, and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), official letters, agreements, and other documents in both English and Nepali.

- Ensure accurate Nepali and English typing for official correspondence, reports, and communication.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of community and operational activities.

- Monitor the progress of community programs and submit regular reports to management.

- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, community events, and stakeholder engagements.

- Assist in strengthening the organization's public image through effective community relations and communication.

- Maintain proper records and documentation related to community partnerships, events, and operational activities.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to community engagement and branch operations.


Required Qualifications & Skills


- Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Health, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.

- Proficiency in Nepali and English typing.

- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to prepare professional MOUs, official letters, reports, and correspondence.

- Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Ability to travel to branches and community locations as required.

- A proactive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
