Sales Officer- Mahindra CE & CV Segment
Locations: Kathmandu (Construction Equipment) | Janakpur (Commercial Vehicles) | Dhangadhi (Commercial Vehicles) | Nepalgunj (Commercial Vehicles)

Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and field-driven professionals to join our team as Sales Officers-Mahindra Construction Equipment (CE) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) Segment. The role is responsible for driving business growth within assigned territories by developing new customer relationships, strengthening existing accounts, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a long-term career in Nepal’s commercial automotive and construction equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales targets for CE/CV products within the designated territory.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the respective market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular field visits to enhance market penetration and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales execution and delivery.
• Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and market activation initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and pipeline status.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, or construction equipment sales will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High level of drive, ownership, and willingness to work in field-based roles.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
• Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
