Key Responsibilities

- Consultations & Support: Provide expert medical advice (Doctor) or clinical support and triage (Technician) through Nepal’s first dedicated pet-service interface.

- Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct physical field audits and verify partner pet hostels and clinics to ensure they meet PawSewa’s pioneering safety and health standards.

- Digital Health Management: Oversee our automated health tracking system, managing vaccination cycles and medical histories for a growing national database of pets.

- Field Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate medical prescriptions and high-priority health products reach users via our integrated logistics network.


Qualifications & Requirements

- For Doctors: B.V.Sc. & A.H. with Permanent Registration with the Nepal Veterinary Council (NVC).

- For Technicians: Diploma in Animal Health/Veterinary Science with Valid NVC Registration.

- Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.

- Technical Aptitude: Must be comfortable using mobile technology and navigating the Kathmandu Valley for partner audits.

- Mindset: A professional who takes pride in being part of a "first-mover" startup and is motivated by performance-based growth.


Salary & Benefits

Earnings: Commission-based per consultation, audit, or service rendered.
