We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Officer for a full-time, on-site position in Patan. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales operations, and facilitating channel sales. You will also play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while contributing to the growth and expansion of our client base. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals is a critical aspect of this role.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, with the ability to identify and nurture potential business opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Channel Sales and a demonstrated ability to foster partnerships and drive business growth.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and possess a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
