Job Description
  • Manage employee attendance records and ensure accurate attendance data in the HRIS.
  • Assist the Payroll Officer by verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
  • Process employee clearance for all employees.
  • Prepare and issue PF documents, experience letters, and other exit-related documents.
  • Maintain employee exit records in both the HRIS and physical files.
  • Deactivate staff discounts and coordinate the deactivation of official email IDs and system access for separated employees.
  • Prepare and issue all employment-related letters and official HR correspondence as required.
  • Assist in the management of the Nimble HRIS and attendance devices, including employee enrolment and updates.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, government offices, and other external agencies for HR-related tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar HR role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with an HRIS will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Good coordination, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to diverse HR responsibilities.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license, and owning a two-wheeler is mandatory for official work.
