- Manage employee attendance records and ensure accurate attendance data in the HRIS.
- Assist the Payroll Officer by verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Process employee clearance for all employees.
- Prepare and issue PF documents, experience letters, and other exit-related documents.
- Maintain employee exit records in both the HRIS and physical files.
- Deactivate staff discounts and coordinate the deactivation of official email IDs and system access for separated employees.
- Prepare and issue all employment-related letters and official HR correspondence as required.
- Assist in the management of the Nimble HRIS and attendance devices, including employee enrolment and updates.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, government offices, and other external agencies for HR-related tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with company policies.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar HR role.
Skills and Competencies:
