Job Description
Position: MIS Officer
Location: Corporate Office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command over Advanced Excel, and prior experience in a trading company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data for management reporting.
Develop dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using Advanced Excel.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
Support management with data analysis and business insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting roles, preferably in a trading company.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, charts, data analysis, etc.).
Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
