Position: Branch Manager-4W(Proton)
Location: Dhangadi
Department: 4W Sales
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales performance, and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly retail sales targets and maximize enquiry conversion
Lead customer engagement including walk-ins, test drives, and follow-ups
Ensure showroom discipline, display standards, and overall brand experience
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and aftersales teams for seamless operations
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for improved performance
Monitor performance metrics and report to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management / Business Administration
4–6 years of experience in showroom management (4W sector preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience in sales, CRM systems, and team management
