Your Role
As a Career & Immigration Counselor, you will work remotely from your home — using your phone, internet, and communication skills to engage with prospective candidates/leads provided by our company. You’ll be guiding, assisting, and motivating them to apply for work, or migration programs across Europe, Gulf, and other destinations.
What You’ll Do
- Contact and counsel potential candidates (leads provided by the company).
- 50% leads will be provided and 50% leads you need to generate, training will be given.
- Understand client profiles and suggest suitable overseas opportunities(Demand letter will be provided by the company).
- Explain visa, documentation, and process details confidently.
- Build strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with our core team for application processing and follow-ups.
- Meet monthly conversion targets and earn high incentives.

Compensation
- No fixed salary — 100% commission-based role.
- Industry-leading commissions (among the highest in the field).
- Performers easily earn ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000+ per month depending on results.
