Job Summary
The Sales Manager for the Medical Equipment Division will lead sales growth for imported medical devices by driving distributor/channel performance and managing key accounts. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5+ years of proven sales management experience in the medical equipment space, who can build demand, manage pipelines, and ensure steady revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Medical Equipment Division in line with company targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for medical devices, from lead generation and quotations to negotiation and order closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, diagnostic centers, and procurement teams to secure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the import/trading team to ensure product availability, lead-time alignment, and timely shipment planning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly performance reports, and actionable demand plans using pipeline and conversion data.
- Manage distributors and channel partners, including joint planning, training, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for medical equipment sales and customer handover processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within medical equipment, healthcare trading, or related B2B sales.
- Sales Management — proven ability to manage sales targets, pipeline, forecasting, distributor/channel performance, and sales reporting.
- Medical Equipment Division — experience selling medical devices and understanding customer needs across hospital/clinic procurement cycles.
- Medical equipment product/category knowledge aligned to Titan International’s offerings — familiarity with medical equipment categories and how they map to customer requirements (reference: https://titaninternational.com.np/category).
- B2B sales and negotiation — strong capability to negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions with institutional buyers.
- Customer account management — ability to manage key accounts, drive repeat orders, and ensure smooth order-to-delivery coordination.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with medical device compliance/documentation processes in Nepal or similar markets.
- Familiarity with distributor recruitment and channel incentives for capital equipment and consumable-linked sales.
- Exposure to tenders/RFPs for hospital and public-sector procurement.
