Job Description

Sakshyam Furniture is seeking a dynamic, presentable, and creative individual to manage our showroom while also supporting basic digital content creation and simple administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a creative mindset, and is comfortable engaging with social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Handle customer inquiries and guide them about products and services

Content Creation & Social Media Support

Create simple and engaging daily content (reels, short videos, TikTok/Instagram-style clips)
Suggest creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends
Assist in posting content on social media platforms
Respond to basic comments and messages when required

Basic Administrative Support

Maintain simple records of sales and daily entries
Assist with basic bookkeeping and documentation
Support general showroom operations as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional personality
Confident, presentable, and camera-friendly
Creative thinking with awareness of current social media trends
Basic ability to shoot and handle mobile camera content
Familiarity with simple video editing (Instagram/TikTok-style edits)
Basic understanding of record-keeping or willingness to learn
Team-oriented attitude with openness to feedback and ideas
