Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and productivity metrics.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Assign sales targets and ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer enquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

  • Analyse sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance evaluations for management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and service standards.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyse sales data and make strategic business decisions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales management tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
