Role Description The Branch Manager role at Vianet Communication is a full-time, hybrid position based in Itahara, with flexibility for some work from home. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing service delivery, supervising staff, coordinating installation and maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. This role is responsible for monitoring branch performance, analyzing key metrics, and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, subscriber growth, and revenue. The Branch Manager handles escalated customer issues, supports local marketing and outreach efforts, and collaborates with central teams on network, billing, and customer support initiatives. The role also includes managing budgets, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive, inclusive branch culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in branch or operations management, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and resource planning.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities, with experience handling escalations and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Competence in basic financial oversight, such as budgeting, reporting, and tracking branch revenue and costs.
  • Experience with sales or local business development, including promoting services and supporting customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to coordinate field activities and logistics related to installation, maintenance, and technical support.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Comfort working with digital tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and standard office software; exposure to telecom or ISP operations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role strongly valued.
  • Capacity to work in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and adapt to evolving business needs
