Marketing Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support the Hikvision Nepal marketing team. The intern will mainly assist with social media, graphic design for key products, Hik-Partner Pro (HPP) gift management and delivery, hotline support, and other day-to-day marketing activities. This role is suitable for someone who is creative, organized, willing to learn, and interested in digital marketing and technology.

Responsbilities

• Social Media Support: Assist with content planning, posting, captions, basic community engagement, and tracking the performance of Hikvision Nepal social media pages.

• Graphic Design & Key Product Promotion: Create simple, attractive, and brand-compliant digital posters, key visuals, and social media creatives for key products and campaigns under team guidance.

• HPP Gift Management & Delivery: Support gift stock records, gift requests, packing, dispatch, delivery coordination, and status updates for Hik-Partner Pro (HPP) activities.

• Hotline Support: Support the Hikvision Nepal hotline by receiving inquiries, recording basic details, providing approved information, and forwarding sales or technical cases to the responsible team.

• Marketing Activity Support: Assist with trainings, dealer events, exhibitions, roadshows, branding materials, photos/videos, and other routine marketing activities when required.

• Platform & Data Support: Help update basic records in HPP, eSales, spreadsheets, and marketing trackers, and keep campaign or partner information organized.

• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare simple activity updates, maintain files and records, and coordinate with agencies, vendors, partners, and internal teams for assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree ongoing or recently completed in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Experience: No full-time work experience required. Internship, college project, social media, or design experience is an advantage.

• Social Media: Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital content.

• Design Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Basic video editing knowledge is an added advantage.

• Communication: Good communication skills in Nepali and English, with a polite and helpful approach to customers and partners.

• Work Style: Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working with a team.

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to learn new digital platforms.
