Role Overview
As the People Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the HR/People team in Australia with the day-to-day execution of all administrative tasks as well as strategic HR processes to ensure smooth operation. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, takes initiative and has great organizational skills.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the planning and organizing of job reports, onboarding reports and any other reports as needed.
- Assist the team in calendar management, response management and survey creations as well.
- Manage significant dates/events and create reports as needed.
- Prepare and send emails/notices related to important events and activities.
- Update templates, presentations and documents as required.
- Communicate all necessary information, policies, procedures to team in Nepal and Australia
- Ensure all HR related information and records are up to date, send out daily, weekly and monthly updates.
- Manage and update all information on the company’s systems.
Critical elements of success:
- University Graduate in relevant field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good understanding of HR concepts, interest in working closely with people
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook,Teams)
- Detail Oriented, takes initiative and is an enthusiastic learner
- High degree of integrity and sensitivity while dealing with information
- Works effectively independently as well as a part of the team
