The Role
We aren't just looking for someone who pushes buttons. We need a thinker who brings vision to execution. You’ll take complex, abstract briefs, lead the ideation process, and turn them into compelling visuals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ Years Agency Experience: A proven track record of at least 3 years thriving in a fast-paced agency setting, managing multiple brand designs and tight turnaround times.
- Tool Mastery: Flawless proficiency across the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro). The software should be an extension of your mind, not a bottleneck.
- Vision to Execution: The ability to see an idea through from early concept sketches to polished, production-ready deliverables.
- Conceptual Thinking: High-level problem-solving—breaking down complex brand narratives into intuitive, striking visuals.
- Leadership & Growth Mindset: A desire to mentor junior talent, review work with an eagle eye, and grow into a creative leadership role.
- If you have the agency experience, complete Adobe fluency, and a portfolio that proves your visual thinking, we’d love to see it.
