Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with the organization’s brand identity and communication goals.
- Design flyers, brochures, banners, posters, standees, social media posts, web visuals, and other promotional materials.
- Create visual content for campaigns, student recruitment, events, education fairs, seminars, and agent meetings.
- Support reels, motion graphics, animated videos, and other digital content.
- Edit and retouch images, videos, and marketing materials while maintaining consistent brand quality.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Counselling, Admissions, and Events teams for design requirements.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure proper quality, size, resolution, and finishing.
- Stay updated with design trends, software, and creative tools.
- Provide design support for presentations, reports, training materials, internal documents, and branding.
- Contribute creative ideas during marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- Ensure designs follow copyright, licensing, and applicable brand guidelines.
- Perform other design-related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and related design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, reels, and animation is an advantage.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, color, layout, and visual composition.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio of previous work preferred.
