Job Description
Knowledge: Strategic finance leader with strong expertise in financial management, manufacturing finance, budgeting, costing, and business planning. Expertise in cash flow, working capital, financial control, taxation, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, NFRS, audit, and regulatory compliance. Strong track record in cost optimization, profitability improvement, risk management, and strengthening internal controls. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, factory operations, supply chain, inventory, commercial, and administrative functions. Proficient in ERP/accounting systems, financial reporting, MIS, data analysis, and management decision support. Capable of partnering with senior management and the Board to drive strategy, financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, costing, MIS, and management reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, credit control, receivables, payables, and fund management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with NFRS, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, financial governance, and asset protection.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, operational efficiency, and financial discipline across manufacturing and business operations.
- Oversee financial aspects of procurement, inventory, production, sales, commercial activities, and factory operations.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO, Board, and senior management for key business decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance, accounting, commercial, and control teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Evaluate major investments, capital expenditure, financing requirements, and business expansion opportunities.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts, statutory audits, management reports, and financial performance reviews.
