Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and people-oriented Senior HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, supporting employee engagement, ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related activities.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and other management reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Supervise and support junior HR team members when required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with HRMS or other HR-related systems will be an advantage.
