Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee human resource operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies while supporting the company’s overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
  • Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel records.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and other employee-related matters.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances when required.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace environment.
Job Specification
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR practices.
  • Good understanding of Nepalese labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage.
