Role Description The Content Creator Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons that teach learners how to plan, produce, and publish digital content for various platforms. The instructor will create course materials, demonstrations, and projects, and will guide learners through practical exercises and real-world content creation scenarios. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional resources, conducting interactive classes, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and staying current with content creation trends and tools. The instructor will collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the curriculum and ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in digital content creation, including video, graphics, or social media content, and familiarity with common content tools and platforms.
- Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or classes, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or creative concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or audience engagement strategies, such as content planning and analytics, is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in IT, media, or education; prior teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., IT, Media, Communications, Education) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage part-time teaching schedules, and support diverse learners in a classroom environment.
