The Computer Sales Expert will advise customers on computer hardware, accessories, and related products, helping them select solutions that meet their performance and budget needs. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding requirements, demonstrating product features, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the online sales and operations team, and providing after-sales support to ensure positive customer experiences. The Computer Sales Expert will contribute to sales targets, share feedback on customer preferences, and help improve Kunyo.co’s retail presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on helpful, respectful, and solution-oriented interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales and Sales skills, including product recommendation, upselling, and closing transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain technical features to non-technical customers.
- Sound knowledge of computer hardware, gaming PCs, peripherals, and current tech trends is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, including weekends or peak hours as required, and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and online platforms; prior experience in electronics or IT retail is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in IT, computer science, or related fields is a plus.
