Job DescriptionOur Client, Hub International Education Pvt. Ltd is hiring Multi-Destination Counsellor. The Multi-Destination Counsellor will provide individualized guidance and support to students throughout their study abroad journey — from course selection and fee structuring to scholarship guidance, visa requirements, and the application process for partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise students on course selection, university options, and career pathways across multiple study destinations
- Guide students through fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and financing options
- Explain visa requirements and support students through the visa application process
- Manage end-to-end application processes with partner institutions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress
- Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a smooth advisory experience
- Collaborate with the wider counselling and support team to meet student and organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, study abroad advising, or international education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work with a diverse student clientele
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership mindset — able to manage processes end-to-end with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
