Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging English learning content for learners across different CEFR proficiency levels (A1–C2).
- Create conversation and reading practice materials based on designated learning objectives and language competencies.
- Design content that emphasizes targeted grammatical structures, vocabulary, and communicative functions.
- Supervise and mentor content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the content development process.
- Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards.
- Listen to and evaluate recorded audio materials to identify pronunciation, fluency, grammar, pacing, or recording quality issues before publication.
- Coordinate with the Content Lead to ensure timely completion of assigned content development projects.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, formatting, and educational quality across all learning materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve learning resources and learner experience.
- Assist in developing content guidelines, templates, and quality assurance processes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Content Lead.
- Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, ELT, Education, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in English content development, curriculum design, educational publishing, or English language teaching.
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring content teams is preferred.
- Experience developing CEFR-aligned learning materials is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CEFR proficiency levels and English language pedagogy.
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing.
- Experience creating educational content for language learners.
- Ability to proofread, edit, and quality-check written and audio content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital education platforms is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- Passion for language education and continuous improvement.
- Teaching certification such as TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience working on digital English learning platforms or EdTech products.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and learner-centered content development.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools is a plus.
