The company offers opportunities to grow skills in hotel operations, food and beverage service, and customer care.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Server role located in Pokhara. The Food Server is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving meals and drinks in a timely and courteous manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver orders correctly. The role also involves answering guest questions about menu items, handling special requests, and assisting with basic food preparation or plating as needed. The Food Server is expected to follow hotel standards, maintain hygiene and safety practices, and support a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide attentive and professional Customer Service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and Food Service procedures, including serving etiquette and basic hygiene standards.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting clearly with guests and coordinating effectively with kitchen and hotel staff.
- Basic Cooking or food-handling skills to support simple preparation tasks and accurate presentation of dishes.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality service is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and handle busy service times calmly.
- Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Local language proficiency and basic English communication skills are an advantage.
