Job Description – Showroom Incharge (HERO VIDA)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Head

Location: Kathmandu

Job Summary

The Showroom Incharge is responsible for managing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining Hero VIDA brand standards to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers.
Ensure excellent customer service, product demonstrations, and test ride management.
Follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Coordinate vehicle inventory, deliveries, finance, and documentation.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and Hero VIDA standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the EV/two-wheeler industry.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or showroom leadership role.
