Job Description
We're hiring: Seller Success Executive
At AfnoBazar, our sellers are the heart of the marketplace. We're looking for someone who can bring new sellers on board, help them get set up, solve their problems, and train them to grow.
This is the person a seller calls when they need help — and hangs up feeling taken care of.
What you'll do:
→ Reach out to sellers and bring them onto AfnoBazar
→ Onboard them — registration, documents, store and product setup
→ Be their first point of contact and see every issue through to a solution
→ Train them on the dashboard, orders, promotions, and how to sell better
→ Keep sellers active, engaged, and growing
What we're looking for:
✅ Bachelor's degree completed — Management (BBA/BBS/BBM) preferred, or IT with strong sales ability
✅ Confident on the phone, persuasive, and a natural problem-solver
✅ Comfortable with basic tech (Sheets, dashboards)
✅ Basic fluency in English and Nepali
✅ Two-wheeler with license is a plus
