Studio: Professional photography and videography production services
Academy: Creative education and workforce development

Tasveer Academy is the education and workforce development wing of Tasveer. We exist to build a professional creative workforce for Nepal's media and visual storytelling industry.
While we offer structured training in Photography, Videography, Photo Editing, and Video Editing, our mission extends to developing all the manpower required for Tasveer's operations and the broader creative domain:

Career Track: Leadership Pipeline to CEO - Tasveer Academy
We are seeking a dynamic, operationally-focused Chief Operating Officer to serve as the second-in-command for Tasveer Academy. This is a "builder" role—someone comfortable operating with limited resources in the early stages, building systems from the ground up, and scaling the Academy as it grows.
The COO will be responsible for translating the Founder's creative vision into operational reality—managing day-to-day operations, building a team, overseeing student onboarding and success, and ensuring the financial health of the Academy.
Tasveer is building executive leadership across all verticals. Each business unit is designed to eventually operate as an independent entity with its own CEO.
This role is designed as a leadership pipeline to CEO - Tasveer Academy.
The COO will be groomed for promotion to CEO, subject to the achievement of measurable milestones. This is not guaranteed—it is earned through performance and commitment. But it is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to build something significant in Nepal.
Milestone Description
1 Successfully launch and run 3 cohorts
2 Student completion rate > 80%
3 Net Promoter Score (NPS) > 60
4 Build and manage a team of 10+ staff
5 Achieve annual revenue targets (to be set)
6 Complete 2+ years of service with exemplary performance
7 Establish CTEVT affiliation or ISO 29990 certification
8 Develop at least 2 new training programs beyond the core four (e.g., Sound Design, Motion Graphics, Production Management)
Promotion to CEO is subject to formal performance review by the Group CEO and Board of Advisors.
The CEO - Tasveer Academy will receive:
- Significant salary increase
- Enhanced profit share
- Additional equity in Tasveer Academy
- Full P&L responsibility for the Academy vertical
- Representation in Group strategy meetings
- Authority to lead Academy's expansion into new cities or online markets
Area: Responsibility
Operational Setup: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for student enrollment, batch management, course delivery
Systems Implementation: Select and set up the Learning Management System (LMS)
Team Building: Recruit Teaching Assistants, Community Managers, and support staff
Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with corporate clients for internship/placement pipelines
Curriculum Support: Work with the Founder to ensure curriculum delivery readiness
Industry Alignment: Ensure training programs align with Tasveer's actual operational needs

Student Experience: Manage the full student lifecycle—lead generation, enrollment, engagement, post-course follow-up
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track revenue, report on financial performance
Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize delivery processes
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor staff, trainers, and administrators
Quality Assurance: Ensure high completion rates and strong NPS scores
Curriculum Expansion: Identify and develop new training programs (e.g., Sound Design, Motion Graphics, Production Management, Drone Operation)
Talent Pipeline Management: Build a system to place Academy graduates into Tasveer's verticals and partner organizations
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new courses, partnerships, or satellite campuses
Education MBA
Experience :10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or education/ed-tech
Track Record: Proven experience in scaling a business or launching a new initiative
Startup Mindset: Comfortable in resource-constrained environments; willing to handle day-to-day tasks
Nepali Education Ecosystem: Understanding of Nepal's TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) landscape
Media/Creative Industry: Background in photography, videography, or visual arts
CTEVT Affiliation Process: Familiarity with regulatory compliance for training providers
Talent Development: Experience in building workforce development or placement programs

We offer a "Founder's Package" —a blend of cash, profit share, and equity designed for long-term commitment and high-upside potential.
Monthly Salary :NPR 10,000 (Stipend)
Assets/Equipment: No assets provided until launch
Monthly Salary: NPR 25,000
Profit Share: 10% of Academy net profit per month
Monthly Salary: NPR 50,000
10% Sweat Equity in Tasveer Academy Vests over 2 years
Upon Promotion to CEO, additional 5% Equity vests over 3 years
- Full-time commitment of at least 5 years
- Equity vesting is contingent on commitment duration
- Detailed vesting schedule to be formalized in Shareholders' Agreement

Year 3+: CEO - Tasveer Academy: Negotiated + 20%+ profit share: 5% (vesting)
