Role Description The AI Content Creator Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role involves designing and delivering structured training programs on AI-powered content creation tools, workflows, and best practices for learners with varying levels of experience. The instructor develops course materials, practical exercises, and projects, and leads interactive sessions, workshops, and demonstrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners, evaluating assignments, providing constructive feedback, and updating curriculum content to reflect emerging AI trends and tools. The instructor collaborates with the training team to improve course outcomes, supports exam preparation where required, and ensures an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.

About the Role

Skill Spark Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and experienced AI Content Creator Instructor to deliver practical, hands-on training on AI-powered content creation tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generative AI, digital content creation, and the ability to guide students in creating professional-quality projects using modern AI platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical training sessions on AI-powered content creation.
• Teach prompt engineering techniques for generating accurate and high-quality AI outputs.
• Train students on AI tools for content research, idea generation, and audience analysis.
• Guide learners in creating AI-generated images, graphics, posters, and social media content.
• Conduct hands-on sessions on AI video production, editing, and storytelling.
• Teach AI-assisted script writing for YouTube, Reels, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Introduce students to AI tools for music generation, voiceovers, and podcast production.
• Train students to create high-converting advertisements and marketing content using AI.
• Guide students in building no-code websites, landing pages, and simple AI-powered applications.
• Teach AI applications for business productivity, content planning, presentation creation, and personal branding.
• Mentor students during capstone projects and evaluate their practical assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and industry best practices.
• Develop course materials, practical exercises, and project-based learning activities.
• Maintain student progress reports and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI-powered content creation and digital media production.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, Leonardo AI, Midjourney (preferred), Suno, Udio, Runway, Pika, v0, Bolt.new, and similar platforms.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
