Provide prompt technical support by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to ophthalmic equipment and accessories.
Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of ophthalmic equipment at customer sites and in-house.
Verify product specifications and system compatibility before installation to ensure proper functionality.
Manage warranty and guarantee services, and recommend Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) upon warranty expiration.
Coordinate AMC renewals, service quotations, billing documentation, and related service records.
Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, installation records, maintenance history, quotations, and customer communications.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic operational training to customers when required.
Train and supervise junior service staff to develop their technical skills and ensure quality service delivery.
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, storage, and accountability of company tools, software, and service equipment.
Prepare and submit daily field visit reports, service reports, and other required documentation to the Head of Department or Management.
Support product promotion, technical presentations, and other activities related to the Ophthalmology Division as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.
