Job DescriptionKL Dugar Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will support brand development, execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and work closely with the sales team to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate trade promotions, dealer activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Assist in new product development and marketing events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials, POSM, and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Liaise with advertising agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support sales teams with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field .
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
