Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Showroom Representative who can provide excellent in-store customer service while also creating engaging social media content. The ideal candidate will welcome and assist walk-in customers, support sales activities, and produce short-form video content (reels) that showcase our products, promotions, and brand personality across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on customer leads and inquiries when required.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Support the sales team in achieving showroom sales targets.
• Record customer information and feedback.
Social Media Content Creation
• Create engaging reels, short videos, and photos featuring showroom products and promotions.
• Film and publish content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and promotions.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom operations, customer service, or social media content creation is an advantage.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with customers.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and reel creation.
• Basic video editing skills
