Role Description The Professional Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content that supports our client's brand, products, and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, capturing footage in studio and on location, and coordinating with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual stories. The Videographer will manage video files, collaborate on storyboards and shot lists, and ensure that all footage aligns with project objectives and technical standards. Additional responsibilities may involve occasional post-production support, such as basic editing, color correction, and preparing content for digital platforms.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Video Production and Shooting Video, with experience creating content for digital platforms or marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, including familiarity with professional video cameras and related accessories including but not limited DJI OSMO Pocket, Drone Cameras.
  • Solid understanding of Lighting for video, including setting up and adjusting lighting to achieve desired visual effects.
  • Experience working on-site in studio or field environments, with the ability to manage equipment and time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, color correction, and file management using industry-standard software is beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret creative briefs, and communicate clearly about visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and a portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant videography work.
  • Formal education in film, media, communications, or a related field is an advantage but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
